Enfield Cricket Club have been members of the Lancashire amateur Cricket league for over 100 years. We currently have seven teams in both senior and junior capacities. With fantastic club house facilities and a thriving all year round social membership Enfield is one of the most successful Sports and Social clubs in the Accrington area. This success is a credit to the committee who all give many hours of their time to make the club what it is.
Enfield Sign Brent...
The Enfield Committee are pleased to annouce that they have signed 32 year old Zimbabwe all rounder Gary Brent. Brent is set to arrive on June 24th and will replace New Zealand pace bowler Bradon Hiini who is to return to home to join team mates before travelling to Queenland for the Emerging Players Tournament.
The right arm medium pace bowler has 2066 first class runs to his name with a highest score of 130 and has appeared in 4 Test matches and 70 One Day internationals for Zimbabwe.
